Refund policy

If you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned.

Please email (gb@iss-surveyequipment.co.uk) regarding the return.

These items must be unused and undamaged and returned within 7 working days of receipt by the customer.

The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods must be paid by you the customer and all items must be boxed.

The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that are damaged due to poor packaging and please keep proof of postage.

Refunds will be made to debit/credit cards within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
